MY DAWN

As the darkness swallows my skies
As my sun disappears in my eyes
I stand to witness the storm
I stand and await my turn

As my earth rumbles
and my home crumbles
As the horrors swallow this night
And the ravens cry in fright

I stand as my people burn
I stand awaiting my turn

Dawn will come, say the wise
As the dark feasts with despise
As my ravens burns with fear
Where is the dawn? Is it near?

Dawn is too far, cries my raven
As I stand and search for a beacon
As my fire burns, I roar enraged
The rush of my magma swarms them dead

My dawn has come, in its righteous form
Through my volcanic oculus, obliterating the storm.
